I bought the new Samsung Tab A tablet for the living room and I wanted to add a docking station, so that when I want to use it, it is always charged.
This docking station seemed perfect. Unfortunately, there is a design flaw. The connector is not flush with the back, but instead the table rests on the back on an angle.
The tablet actually fits between the connector and the back and that’s where it always ends if you try to connect it using one hand.
I am not sure why this is like that, but the bottom line is it takes numerous attempts to line up the tablet with the connector and you definitely need two hands.

There is a little gap with the tablet so you have to stick it in just right, but other than that, it works well and charges efficiently. Just set you take our any USB c device to charge.
Like having a clock for some devices and a charger.
I actually use it with my phone. This has NO power cable you have to use the one that came with your tablet so remember if you travel take your cable with you or buy a second one for backup.

I wish I could give a simple conclusion on whether you should buy these phones or not. If we only consider these budget smartphones for what they are, the many positive attributes become clear.

I’ve wanted to get into digital drawing more, and wanted to buy a tablet that would let me do so while on the go. After extensive research, and going hands-on with a ton of devices when I could, my final 4 choices were the Galaxy S3, the Galaxy Tab A I almost immediately discounted the Tab A, as it’s simply-HD screen, while looking good color-wise, simply did not cut it resolution wise.
I could see It also has a screen ratio which just didn’t seem to jive with drawing. So then I thought the S3 would fit the bill. Sure, it’s a little pricey, but it’s such an improvement on the Tab A.
Beautiful screen, well-crafted, and it has the Android OS I know and love. But the S Pen still didn’t feel right to me, in weight and length, and the screen was a bit small.
Then the surface pro. The surface pro is a great machine, but I just didn’t get the feeling of a great experience using Win 10 on a mobile device.

So there we have it: with no Moto Z2 this year, it’s a choice of either bigger-battery Z2 Play at the mid-level, or beefier-processor Z2 Force at the flagship level.
Size, scale and Moto Mod compatibility is one and the same whichever model you choose. In the Force, however, you’ll get the benefit of a super-tough design, dual rear cameras and a far more powerful processor.
The downside? Less battery life and more expense.

But let’s start with the similarities, and what you can expect from any Apple tablet you buy today.
Ever since its inception, the iPad has run the same operating system as the iPhone: iOS. It’s been Apple’s standard mobile operating system for over a decade, running through 12 separate iterations.

For now, though, every iPad model available currently runs the latest version of the Apple’s catchall mobile operating system, iOS Improved performance, expanded Screen Time controls, FaceTime with up to 32 people, and all the other features iOS 12 offers can be found on every new iPad.
If you want a versatile entertainment device for watching videos, reading books and comics, browsing the web, communicating with your friends, and even doing light text-crunching and presentations, it’s an excellent choice. It’s also the least powerful. The iPad is a very slightly upgraded version of the modelwith the most notable change being support for Apple’s Smart Keyboard folio.
Don’t expect it to handle powerful apps or games, or juggle multiple apps at a time, nearly as smoothly as the other iPads. Storage is also more limited, with only 32GB and GB models available.
Since none of the iPads have microSD card slots for expanding storage, 32GB of space is pretty limited. The iPad’s screen is also the least advanced of the current models.
That’s actually a higher resolution that the iPad mini, but the mini’s smaller screen size makes for higher pixel density. It also lacks the lamination and anti-reflective coating of the more expensive models and doesn’t feature Wide Color up to the DCI-P3 color space or Apple’s True Tone setting.
The other lagging factor of the standard iPad is the selfie camera.

While it shares the same 8MP rear-facing camera as the other non-Pro iPads, its front-facing camera is a meager 1. That’s a fraction of the resolution of the 7MP selfie cameras on the iPad mini and iPad Air, and that means your FaceTime calls will look a lot less pleasant to whoever you’re talking to.
The big appeal of the regular iPad is the value it offers for the price. If you want a versatile entertainment device for watching videos, reading books and comics, browsing the web, communicating with your friends, and even doing light text-crunching and presentations, it’s an excellent choice.
Just don’t expect it to do the heavy lifting the other iPads are capable of.
With the standard iPad holding down the low end of the price range, the iPad mini is appealing for its size and power. To start, this is obviously the smallest iPad.
It has a 7. It’s small enough to fit easily in a bag or even a large jacket pocket, and that has its own appeal if the larger, pound-plus iPads are too bulky for you.
It’s the only iPad that doesn’t support Apple’s Smart Keyboard, however. The iPad mini doesn’t make many compromises for its size.
Its Retina display features the lowest resolution of the bunch, at 2, by 1, but the smaller screen means a much denser pixels per inch. If you’re looking at crispness instead of the sheer number of pixels, it’s sharper than even the iPad Pro.
It doesn’t have the ProMotion technology of the Liquid Retina display on the Pro, but it features the same P3 Wide Color and TrueTone modes, and fully laminated panel with anti-reflective coating.
The iPad Air takes up a compelling position between the more budget-friendly iPad and iPad mini and the more powerful iPad Pro. In other words, it can be seen as the new “standard” iPad, sitting in the middle of extremes.

At its heart, however, the iPad Air is simply a bigger version of the iPad mini, and both exist in the middle ground between the standard iPad and the high-end iPad Pro.
The iPad Air is nearly identical to the iPad mini except in size, with the same A12 Bionic chip, the same wireless connectivity options, and the same 8MP rear-facing camera and 7MP front-facing camera.

Choosing between the iPad Air and iPad mini is almost purely about size and price. If you want a bigger screen, the Air is the obvious choice.
